How a roll moves

From canister to print

Film is logged, checked for push or pull notes, and given a bench ticket. You keep the stub.

Hand-processed on bench one. Times are read from the wall chart, not guessed.

Frames scanned at 3000 DPI, then a person checks every file for dust before it is sent.

Keepers are printed on the enlarger, test strip first, under safelight.
